About S&EM Iberia
Supply & Energy Management Iberia (S&EM Iberia) is a local Business Platform (BP) of ENGIE S&EM Global Business Unit. The Business Platform is active across Energy Management (Asset Optimization and Trading) and Clients businesses (Wholesale and B2B) with presence in Spain (mature footprint) and Portugal (under development). The entity is composed of 90 highly skilled energy professionals from 12 nationalities witha solidexpertisein Iberian power and gas 2024 S&EM Iberia provided integrated Energy Management services (shorttolong term) for ENGIEs 7.7GW renewables and low-carbon generation asset base in the region (hydro wind solar CCGTs).
Context:
In thispositionyou will be part of Supply Portfolio Management. Supply Portfolio Management (SPM) encompasses the key activitiestooptimizeand manage an energy supply portfolio. This includesforecasting ofenergy consumption pricing strategies grid data acquisition and analysis and ensuringaccurateportfolio representation on energy markets.
SPM also involves collaboration with central teams to support local or global projects harmonize methodologies and share best practices. The role fosters strong connections with other supply entities to addresscommon challenges improve performance and align organizational approaches.
Role:
The Pricing Analyst plays a key role in supporting commercial decision-making by developingcustomerspricingmodels portfolio valuation and risk insights for the companys power and gas supply activities. Working at the intersection of trading risk and sales the analyst ensures that pricing reflects market conditions risk-adjusted margins and compliance with internal governance.
You will analyze wholesale marketsoptimizesupply costs and support offers for B2B and industrial customers contributing directly to portfolio profitability and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop andmaintainpricing models for B2B and industrial clients across electricity and gas portfolios.
Integrate wholesale forward curves shaping costs imbalance charges and hedging premiums into retail pricing.
Support thestructuringand valuation of complex offers (flexible contracts indexed formulas multi-site deals).
Monitor portfolio performance providing analysis on margin evolution volume deviation and risk exposure.
Develop automation tools and dashboards (Python Power BIDataiku or similar) to streamline pricing workflows and reporting.
Prepare presentations and insights for managementregardingmarket trends cost evolution and portfolio profitability.
