Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Talent Acquisition and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates. Youll drive impactful transformation by shaping and executing Alstoms Talent Acquisition strategy for Poland ensuring alignment with global objectives and fostering a high-performing recruitment function. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (HR Business Leadership and Recruitment Teams External suppliers) oversee operational delivery of business-as-usual and ramp up projects and define and deploy Talent Acquisition strategiesand much more.

In this role you will report to the Europe Talent Acquisition Manager and will be leading a blended team of both Blue collar and White collar recruiters who will relay on your operational insight and leadership skills to ensure the teams success.

  • Deploying refining and updating Alstoms Poland Talent Acquisition strategy to increase business impact.

  • Planning and driving a variety of actions to ensure delivery of best talent across both Blue collar and White collar population for the whole country.

  • Influencing stakeholders to drive improvements in processes people and behaviors for a high-performing recruitment function.

  • Partnering with Alstom HR and business leadership to identify annual recruitment needs in terms of volume functions and countries.

  • Defining and deploying the country Talent Acquisition strategy with the right channel mix (Early Careers Referrals Make/Buy/Borrow) aligned with the Hub Talent Acquisition strategy.

  • Being accountable for defining and monitoring the Talent Acquisition budget including resources licenses agencies and tools.

  • Establishing and monitoring performance KPIs to ensure consistent progress and success.

  • Developing and executing a campus/university relationship strategy to secure early career talent pipelines.

  • Supporting diversity objectives with strategies and actionable plans while monitoring progress.

  • Promoting skills-based hiring approaches to accelerate hiring delivery and increase diversity.

  • Ensuring proper workload allocation across teams and anticipating recruitment needs.

  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Significant experience of Talent Acquisition process operational delivery and strategies including blue and white-collar recruitment within the country.

  • Knowledge of employer branding recruitment marketing and campus/university relationship strategies.

  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and Talent Acquisition performance metrics.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Leadership experience in driving transformation and process improvement.

  • Ability to promote diversity and skills-based hiring practices.

  • Experience with digital tools and strategies for talent acquisition.

  • Resilience and adaptability in managing escalations and aligning with internal clients.

  • Capacity to develop mentor and challenge team members while fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Fully fluent in English and Polish.
