Your Role
We are looking for a Knowledge Support Coordinator to join our team based in Sydney. This newly created role will work closely with the Knowledge Lead and will play an essential role in supporting the Workplace team tomaintaincompetitive advantage and enhance the efficiency of knowledge in the team nationally.
The Knowledge Support Coordinator willassistin centralising and curating the firms knowledge basefacilitatingefficient knowledge sharing and collaboration across the firm and ensuring that the firms intellectual assets areleveragedto their fullest potential.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Manage andmaintainthe Workplace team legal knowledge databaseand SharePoint page
Respond to Workplace knowledge requests
Co-ordinate client updates
Present Workplace knowledgetrainingsessions for new starters
AssistwithWorkplace Consistency Committeesco-ordinationproof-readingand some drafting
Managemaintainingand improving the firms knowledge repositories
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration including via knowledge updates
Monitor and report on the usage and effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
Assistin piloting and championing new tools (including AI tools such as CoPilotLegoraand Cicero) in line with Firm strategy
