Job Summary
Job Summary:Assures proper control of the parts inventory by keeping warehouse stocked and organized delivers and picks up parts and equipment for the dealership.

Essential Duties
- Stocks and posts incoming orders.
- Bringing stock order in from drop off pad.
- Check in parts shipped. Reconcile packing slip with the number of items shipped as well as matching part numbers
- Makes sure number of pieces reconciles with the shipping manifest.
- Notifies appropriate parties when special order parts arrive.
- Keeps parts area clean and uncluttered.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Maintain clean and truck assigned
- Notify dispatcher staff of all returns
- Assist in inspection and restocking of all returns as needed
- Ensure all outbound parts go out each day
- Pick up parts from other local Dealers
- Drop off of hot shot parts to local Wholesale customers
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm
- Saturday 7:30am-12pm
License/Certification:
- Valid Drivers License
