Job Summary

Greetings of the day..!!
Purpose:
To ensure seamless onboarding of selected candidates by managing post-selection operations stakeholder coordination and compliance processes.
Please note: The position will be on third party payroll
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage post-selection onboarding lifecycle till Day-1 joining
- Coordinate with TA HR Ops IT Admin Finance and vendors
- Ensure timely release of offer letters and appointment letters
- Handle Pre Joining Documentation and Compliance
- Oversee BGV and medicals
- Maintain accurate employee data in ATS/HRMS
- Prepare onboarding MIS joining reports and dashboards
- Ensure adherence to internal onboarding SOPs and audit requirements
