What Youll Do
As a Monitoring Center Agent youll be at the heart of our operationsresponding to alarm signals monitoring video feeds and coordinating with emergency services. Youll handle inbound and outbound calls follow clear procedures and help ensure safety and peace of mind for our clients.
Your responsibilities include:
Responding quickly and accurately to alarm signals and phone calls
Monitoring security systems and video surveillance
Dispatching emergency services when needed
Documenting activity and following standard procedures
Supporting customers and technicians with professionalism
Working with a team that values precision and calm under pressure

Overtime pay: 1.5x or 2x depending on schedule

What Were Looking For
Were seeking bilingual (French/English) candidates who are calm focused and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual in French and English
Willingness to work days evenings or nights (rotating weekends)
Preferred:
Call center or security experience
Strong communication and typing skills (25 WPM)
Comfortable with computers and multitasking
Able to stay composed in potential emergency situations
Training Provided
We offer a 46 week paid training program on a daytime schedule to set you up for success.
