The Opportunity
In the KYC area Customer Lifecycle Offboarding and Termination Team is responsible for managing the final stage of the customer lifecycle ensuring that customer relationships are concluded in a controlled compliant and risk-aware manner. The team plays a critical role in protecting the institution from regulatory financial and reputational risk by identifying customers that no longer meet the organizations risk appetite or commercial viability criteria and ensuring appropriate exit actions are taken.
This function operates at the intersection ofKYC AML Risk Compliance Legal and Operations ensuring that customer exits are executed in line with internal policies regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
The team is located inWarsaw; however our stakeholders are all over the world. We are all hard-working knowledgeable dedicated experienced and fun individuals who look forward to having you on board and helping you to get up to speed.
