Our Organization and Mission:
The Division of Service Operations manages the Central Intake and Licensure unit the one-stop shop for intake of applications and payments. The Division also oversees the Customer Contact Center (CCC) which handles all initial interaction conducted via telephone and e-mail.
The Work You Will Do:
This position is a highly responsible administrative position under the direct supervision of the Senior Management Analyst Supervisor in the Bureau of Central Intake and Licensure License Operations Unit. This position is responsible for overseeing all activities for their team pertaining to the Departments application processes. This individual will perform administrative tasks and assist in the formulation analysis and implementation of office operations. Provides leadership and supervision regarding the implementation of license application processing including interpretation of laws rules policies and standards.
