Job Summary
The High School Special Education Teacher provides specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This role ensures students receive appropriate accommodations modifications and instructional strategies to support academic success independence and post-secondary in IEP meetings and collaborate with families administrators and support direct instruction in inclusive co-teaching and/or self-contained classroom accurate and timely documentation of services progress reports and compliance assessments and contribute to evaluation reports as compliance with IDEA Section 504 and other applicable regulations.
