SENIOR INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
The Senior Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for developing executing and measuring internal communications that inform engage and align Jabils global workforce. This role partners closely with the regional communications leaders HR Legal Finance and subjectmatter experts to produce clear compelling and timely content across multiple channels including enterprise email systems the intranet (JabilWeb) digital signage presentations and multimedia. The ideal candidate is a detailoriented fully qualified communications professional who brings strong judgment operates independently with minimal direction and serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop write edit and proofread highquality internal communications including announcements intranet stories leadership messages newsletters presentations scripts FAQs and talking points.
Ensure alignment with Jabil brand standards and APstyle guidelines maintaining consistency in tone clarity and purpose.
Serve as a strategic communications partner to assigned internal functions helping define messaging frameworks communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Proactively identify communication needs across the business and recommend solutions that drive understanding alignment and employee engagement.
Participate in planning conversations to ensure messaging is timely relevant and supports organizational priorities.
Use Jabils enterprise email platforms intranet digital screens and internal communication tools to publish distribute and maintain content.
Monitor channel performance and support enhancements through testing analytics and bestpractice recommendations.
Maintain and refresh intranet pages to ensure accuracy and employee-focused approach.
Lead communication projects from brief to launch develop project plans define deliverables manage timelines and coordinate with crossfunctional partners.
Measure project impact using available analytics and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Partner with HR Legal Finance and regional teams to ensure message alignment across functions and geographies.
Build strong internal relationships that support proactive communication planning and trust.
Additional Responsibilities
Support crisis communications change management initiatives leadership messaging strategies culturebuilding efforts and major enterprise campaigns.
Uphold confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
At least 5-8 years of experience in internal communications corporate communications employee engagement or related field
Demonstrated writing and editing excellence with mastery of AP Style.
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with enterprise email tools and intranet CMS platforms.
Ability to build strong strategic partnerships and work crossfunctionally at all levels.
Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse global teams.
Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear concise messages.
Preferred
Experience with Canva or multimedia tools.
Familiarity with web CMS systems and basic content management tools.
Experience in manufacturing or large global organizations.
