Job Summary

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Real Time Payments QE Lead (Onshore) with strong API testing and automation expertise. The candidate will coordinate with Onshore and Offshore teams lead QE activities and ensure high-quality delivery in real-time payments/banking projects.

Essential Skills

10-12 years of overall Quality Engineering (QE) experience
3-4 years of experience coordinating Onshore and Offshore teams
3-4 years of API Testing experience (.NET API preferred)
3-4 years of Automation Testing experience
Strong communication skills
Hands-on experience in Automated QA - TestComplete

Good-to-Have Skills

Project experience with Azure technologies
Banking project experience
Functional knowledge in Payments domain
Exposure to Real-Time Payments systems

Key Responsibilities

Lead QE activities for Real Time Payments projects
Coordinate testing efforts between Onshore and Offshore teams
Perform and oversee API testing ( APIs)
Design and implement automation test frameworks and scripts
Ensure quality standards and timely delivery
Collaborate with development business and infrastructure teams
Provide status updates and communicate risks/issues effectively
