Overview
Enphase is seekinga Business Analyst to join our Analytics team inBangalore India. Thisis an individual contributor role supporting Customer Service organization globally. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who canleveragedata engineering data science and data analyticsexpertiseto drive informed business decisions and provide root cause along with actionable intelligence on key business metrics. As a high-visibility position you will independentlyown andexecute tasks coordinate with various teams and deliver actionable insights that align with Enphases mission of advancing renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate willpossessstrong analytical skills a data-driven mindset and the ability to design and implement data-driven strategies that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Collect clean and analyze large datasets related to Customer Service operations fleet health and product performance deep knowledge of the datasets and able to drill down and wide
- Translate complex findings intoclear actionable insightsforseniorleadership andcrossfunctionalstakeholders.
Outcomes
- Use analytics toproactivelyidentifybusiness problems assess operational health and drive strategicdecisionmaking.
- Evaluate outcomes ofdatadriveninitiatives&measure impactonbusiness goals.
Analytics
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards usingIncortaTableau orPower BIto support monitoring and leadership visibility& performadhocanalysis
- Mine and analyze data from large company databases touncover trends patterns and anomalies enabling proactive resolutionof potential business challenges.
Development& Statistical Analysis
- Develop data models&algorithms that support diagnostic and predictive analytics.
- Apply statistical&machinelearning methods topredicttrends&optimizeoperations.
- Partner closely with Engineering Operations Marketing IT&Quality teams to gather requirements align data definitions&deliver scalable analytical solutions.
- Deliverscalable data solutionsthat support strategic initiatives and business growth
6. Data Visualization & Communication
- Create compelling visual stories using BI tools to communicate findings effectively.
- Present data insights clearly tofacilitatedecision-making among diverse audiences including executive leadership
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in EngineeringrequiredMBA preferredwith consistent academic performance (60% across major examinations).
Experience
- 6 yearsof professional experience indata analytics business intelligence or related fieldswithfocuson OperationsCustomer Servicemetrics.
- Specialized Experience: At least 2 years of experience inproactivelyidentifyingbusiness problems & delivering data-driven intelligence.
Technical Skills
- Strongproficiencyin data analytics tools such asSQL PythonPySpark Incorta/Tableau/Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience withrelational databases(e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and data warehousing solutions
- Ability to quickly understand & work with multiple data sources independently
Analytical &ProblemSolvingSkills
- Strong analytical mindset withattention to detail andprocessdrivenapproach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to senior leadership & stakeholders
