Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with
business goals and long-term workforce needs.
Partner with senior leaders to identify critical roles build succession plans and
ensure a strong internal talent pipeline.
Use workforce analytics to forecast future talent needs and inform recruitment
retention and development strategies.
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure timely high-quality hires across
corporate field and leadership roles.
Partner with TA team to design sourcing strategies that leverage multi-channel
approachessocial media professional networks talent communities campus
programs and industry associations.
Establish and monitor key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill cost-per-hire quality-of-
hire candidate satisfaction source effectiveness and other hiring metrics).
Regularly analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends gaps and opportunities for
process improvement.
Oversee workforce planning processes to ensure alignment between business
growth turnover projections and hiring plans.
Direct employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice
in competitive markets.
Ensure the use of advanced sourcing techniques market mapping and competitive
intelligence to build proactive talent pipelines.
Partner with business leaders to anticipate future skill needs and create targeted
recruitment campaigns to meet those needs.
Coach and mentor TA team to drive performance and results
Provide feedback on payscales titles compensation and incentive pay practices
Training & Onboarding
Support New employee experience through enhancements to orientation and
onboarding programs
Design and deliver programs to accelerate leadership readiness at all levels.
Oversee LMS system training management and training needs
Develop and implement targeted training for key roles and field-based staff to
enhance technical skills customer service safety and operational excellence.
Leverage blended learning coaching and on-the-job experiences to strengthen
skills across all functions
Partner with leaders to create career frameworks and growth opportunities that
enhance engagement and retention.
Coach and mentor Training team to drive performance and results
Leadership & Development
Identify and build robust career pathing plans for all key roles.
Oversee the talent management process to ensure key employees are identified and
retained with multiple touch points throughout the year.
Develop and Lead key employee processes related to succession planning and
development activities
Design and implement a leadership development program to grow future internal
leaders
Integrate field training onboarding and leadership development into a unified
talent strategy for maximum impact.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Development Business or related field
8 years of progressive experience in talent management recruiting and employee
organizational development including 3 years leading multi-functional teams.
Proven success in creating and executing data-driven recruiting strategies that meet
aggressive hiring goals for a geographically dispersed workforce (2000
employees).
Expertise in succession planning leadership development talent management
advanced sourcing strategies and training for field-based teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategies to operational
goals.
Excellent influencing communication and facilitation skills across all levels of the
organization.
Analytical mindset with deep experience leveraging KPIs dashboards and
recruitment analytics to inform decisions.
Proficiency in HR technology HRIS & ATS systems and Google Suite
