POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Clinical Manager the Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist optimizes medication therapy and patient outcomes by preventing and resolving drug-related problems. This role functions under a collaborative practice agreement evaluating patients and modifying therapy in accordance with federal state and institutional regulations.
The specialist develops a clinical practice across ambulatory pulmonary sites collaborates with interdisciplinary partners and serves as a drug therapy expert in pulmonary specialty medications. Responsibilities include direct patient care education quality improvement formulary management research and training of pharmacists residents and students.

Compensation Range:
$112000.00- $162500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
