- Drive Growth: Proactively identify and conquer new business opportunities from Lynchburg to Raleigh.
- Multi-Task at Pace: Handle multiple sensitive projects simultaneously ensuring work is completed as it arrives.
- Navigate Complexity: Use your analytical skills to solve technical problems for clients then use your social skills to close the deal.
- Own Your Agenda: Set your own schedule and priorities resisting unnecessary structure in favor of hitting your targets.
- Delegate the Details: Focus on the high-level strategy and visionary growth while ensuring the low interest administrative tasks are handled by support teams.
Requirements:What we look for in new team members-
- Minimum 3 Years Commercial roofing experience
- Strong work ethic
- Valid Drivers License
- Legally able to work in the United States
- The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development preferably in construction or a related industry.
- A self-starter who is distracted by predictability and charged by chaos.
- Exceptional persuasive communication skills with a never say die attitude.
- Ability to travel from Raleigh to Lynchburg autonomously.
