Were looking for a CRM Automation & AI Systems Specialist to own our customer-facing automation today and help lead the rollout of AI tools and workflows across the company. This role is hands-on practical and impact-driven not theoretical AI work. This position is based out of Bedford Pennsylvania.
What Youll Own:
CRM & Customer Journey Automation
- Build and optimize CRM workflows (lead nurture abandoned cart post-purchase follow-ups)
- Automate order-status communications via email and SMS (shipped delayed ready for pickup)
- Reduce friction from quote purchase using dynamic tools triggers and follow-ups
- Identify customer drop-off points and implement automation to improve conversion and retention
AI Systems Implementation & Enablement
- Identify implement and maintain AI tools that support sales operations customer service and internal teams
- Integrate AI systems into existing CRM ERP and operational workflows
- Develop clear documentation standards and best practices for AI usage
- Train departments on how to effectively and responsibly use AI tools in their daily work
- Serve as the internal go-to resource for automation and AI adoption
Integrations & Tools
- Manage SaaS vendors and integrations (Zapier/Make Twilio Stripe webhooks CRM platforms)
- Build and maintain automation logic using custom code where needed
- Ensure data accuracy system reliability and scalable architecture
Youre a Fit If You
- Have 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
- Have built 10 complex workflows using Zapier Make or similar tools
- Are comfortable with JavaScript in CRM custom code and/or Python scripting
- Enjoy digging into workflows to find where customers or employees get stuck and fixing it
- Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams
