This is a unique opportunity to influence medium- and longterm product quality strategy across the entire value chainfrom design and engineering to manufacturing testing and customer delivery. How You Will Make an Impact:
Lead the development and deployment of the Global Product Group (GPG) Quality Strategy aligned with Business Unit priorities.
Drive global quality programs (e.g. APQP) and support execution of the Business Unit (BU) Quality Improvement Plan.
Analyze global quality data to identify systemic issues and eliminate root causes.
Strengthen and evolve the BU/GPG Quality Management System integrating learnings from customer and internal feedback.
Own and improve production standards manufacturing documentation and training (Quality School).
Validate new or updated production standards and embed best practices into global technical and quality standards.
Lead and execute quality and process audits ensuring closure of actions across global sites.
Partner with engineering and technology teams to secure quality in new product introductions (DFMEA DFMA standardization modularization).
Your Background:
Masters degree (MSc/MBA) with strong technical and manufacturing foundations.
Extensive experience in quality management paired with indepth exposure to the transformer business.
Minimum 8 years in international leadership roles with experience managing global structures.
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) and formal quality/auditor training (ISO or similar).
Strong knowledge of quality project and change management tools and methods with proven success leading major improvement programs.
Fluent English and exceptional communication influencing and stakeholdermanagement skills; willingness to travel up to 50%.
