We are looking for a motivated Junior Reliability and Maintainability Engineer to join our team in Charleroi and grow with us on exciting railway projects.

Your Role
Learn and apply methods to ensure our solutions are reliable available and easy to maintain.
Support the definition of performance strategies for projects.
Assist in studies such as failure mode analysis reliability predictions and maintainability assessments.
Help monitor operational data and contribute to improvement actions.
Collaborate on design recommendations to meet reliability and maintainability targets.

Collaboration Across Disciplines
You will work alongside experienced engineers and interact notably with:
System Architects and Design Engineers to understand architecture and design principles.
Software and Hardware Teams to learn how reliability is integrated into development.
Safety Engineers to align reliability goals with safety requirements.
Quality and Validation Teams to ensure compliance with standards.
Project Managers and Tender Teams to support bids and lifecycle cost optimization.
Installation and Maintenance Teams to gather feedback and improve serviceability.
External stakeholders such as customers suppliers and subcontractors for technical alignment.

Your Profile
Engineering degree
No prior experience required we will train you.
Strong analytical mindset willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
Good command of English.
