職務概要
オンコロジー関連製品の売り上げそのための質の高いアクションプランの立案実行に対して責任を持つ
当社のオンコロジー製品だけでなく競合他社製品にも精通し当社オンコロジー製品に最適な患者へ製品を届けるPatientCentricな行動を体現する
疾患治療等オンコロジーを取り巻くすべてのことに精通することが求められるそのため常に最新の知識習得に自ら努めそれらを整理し顧客ニーズにあった情報提供を実行する
適正使用を推進する
安全性情報の収集報告を徹底し副作用マネジメントの提案を行う
本社関連部署及びエリアのMRDMと協力して戦略を実行する

他営業部門のMRDMとコラボレーションして活動する
マネジメントに情報をタイムリーに提供する報連相
MRとしての高い倫理観を発揮しコンプライアンスを遵守した活動を行う

必須条件

MR認定試験合格者であること
ステークホルダー/顧客とのインタラクティブなコミュニケーション能力を有する
自ら課題探求していくために学習を続ける意志があること
アクション実行時に求められる協調性と責任感の発揮に優れる
効果的な問題解決スキル創造的な思考スキルを有する
アサインされた職務の管理に関するスキル堅実性適時性等
MRとして高い倫理観をもつこと
常に新しいことを吸収する能力

オンコロジーMR経験2年以上(オンコロジー専門MRとしての幅広い視野と基礎力の目安として)

高い科学的知識の裏づけに基づく科学論文(英語論文を含む)の読解スキル
