We are looking for a strong student-focused leader to design and deliver culturally appropriate recruitment and outreach strategies that engage Indigenous students to study at Monash this role you will lead the universitys Indigenous student recruitment strategy driving enrolment growth engagement and equitable access for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
To succeed you will be a collaborative leader with strong communication and organisational skills experienced in working respectfully with First Nations communities and committed to cultural respect and meaningful outcomes.
Leading this team you will play a key role in shaping the future of Indigenous education and achieving lasting impact for Indigenous communities.
