Travel Requirements: Travel is required and varies from five miles to 300 miles per day.

Must be able to defuse customer concerns or assist them in contacting CMS staff who can promptly resolve problems.
This position has been designated as critical under the DES/CMS Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) and Critical Positions. The incumbent in this position is directly responsible for delivery of vital mail services for Washington State Government. During a recognized emergency the duties may be different from normal duties and will be temporary in nature lasting only as long as necessary to resume normal operations.
