- 1-2 years of management customer service experience (Spa experience a plus)
- Proven success in attracting and retaining talent/building successful teams
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
- Manage administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll scheduling inventory and reporting Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines Customer and team focused
- Sales Driven
- High level of passion and enthusiasm for your job
