Job Summary
Working in lift ticket window/officeCanaan Valley Resorts Guests is our number one priority.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Guests with all aspects of ticketing and pass needs including walk up sales and on-line sales.
- May consist of internal office responsibilities guest follow ups and general guest services.
Qualifications
- Prior ticket sales or cashier sales a plus but not a necessary will train candidate to task.
- Strong Guest service skills Ability to work in a Team setting.
- Experience sales beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Snow Industry experience a plus!
- Willingness to learn new skills.
