Salary: L9
Contract: Full time permanent

Pencalenick School is seeking an Assistant Headteacher to lead and develop Area Resource Bases (ARBs) and specialist SEND practice across the school.

The role involves strategic and operational leadership line management of staff partnership working with parents and external agencies and contributing to whole-school improvement. The successful candidate will be an experienced SEND leader with QTS strong leadership skills and a clear commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.

Based at Pencalenick School with regular travel to four ARB sites Falmouth Primary Mt Charles Brannel & Bude.
