Baker Hughes Wireline Services deliver state of the art downhole formation evaluation production logging reservoir monitoring Perforating and mechanical services that meet and exceed our clients requirements to monitor extract and maximize their wells potential to meet the world growing energy demand.

Partner with the best

As an account manager you will be responsible for winning business developing notions on midterm developments for your own department and elaborating suggestions for strategic plans of the larger unit.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Being responsible for selling product(s) services parts solutions or projects within a geographic area.
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Performing technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
• Handling diverse clients in a region..
• Handling country or Multiple countries.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have 10 years of experience in Wireline.
• Have a minimum of 2 additional years of experience in Wireline Sales
• Have good oral and written communication skills and proven interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to influence others and lead small multi-disciplinary teams.
• Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact & coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solving skills.
