Were looking for an Administrative Coordinatorto join our Oakdale Behavioral Health Clinic.Our Behavioral Health Services division provides comprehensive and coordinated outpatient services to individuals with mental illness and/or an addictive disorder (alcohol drugs or gambling) for both adults and children.AN IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES:

- Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Serve as clinic operator/receptionist within ImCals satellite clinics.
- Receive sort and distribute mail.
- Operate and maintain various office equipment such as copy machine calculator fax machine computers laptop computers projector cameras etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and process referrals for clinic services.
- Schedule confirm cancel and reschedule clinical appointments for all providers by phone and/or mail.
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Job Appointment Probational or Permanent
Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Friday.
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.How To Apply:
