Duration: 12 months (Contract on W2)

Manufacturing Quality Engineer role - 100% On-site at Facility - Final rate to be determined by the HRBP following the interview and offer process - less than 1 year assignment with potential to convert near end of agreement - should a full-time opportunity become available
What Will you do
Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.
SCOPE: (For their Production Sectors)
The Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customers
The Quality Excellence of Supply Chain (from Supplier to Customers)
The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation Offer Safety Alerts)
Main activities
In charge of the Quality of one or several sectors
Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode
Be the local expert of the traceability system for the manufacturing floor.
Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
Create and maintain quality control documentation insure related training and application in the sector
Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter
Lead containment actions root cause analysis of quality issues and problem solving in his sector
Be a member of the Short Interval Management (of the production lines)
Provide solutions to increase Customer Satisfaction
Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution contribute to process/control capability implementation.
Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector
What qualifications will make you successful
Minimum previous experience in the functions described of three years or less
Mandatory good level of English.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Electrical Electronic)
3 years experience with manufacturing quality manufacturing engineering or equivalent
Experience with 8D problem solving methodology tool utilization (i.e. 5Why fish bone (cause and effect) etc.)
Six Sigma knowledge experience certification highly desired
Experience on ESD desired.
Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm.
