Specialist, Strategic Sourcing (indirect procurement)

Were looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our global procurement team and help us drive value through smart sourcing and supplier partnerships.

How youll Help us connect the world:

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist youll play a key role in sourcing indirect services that support our global operations. Youll lead supplier selection negotiate contracts and ensure procurement aligns with company goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sourcing and negotiation of indirect services across the organization.

Manage the supplier selection process ensuring competitive bids and compliance with internal policies.

Maintain and update contract records in our database.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Support functional strategies and ensure alignment with business needs.

Ensure all procurement activities follow the companys Schedule of Authority.

-This is an individual contributor role

Required Qualifications.

Were looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on procurement expertise.

-Degree in Accounting Finance Business or a professional purchasing qualification.

-Preferably 6 experience in procurement or a related field.

Proven track record in sourcing and managing indirect services.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Proficiency in cost/price analysis techniques.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
