HR Intern

AsHR Generalist Intern you will be responsible for supporting in deploy all Corporate HR processes in the area of the organization you are assigned to.

Yourmain activitieswill consist in:

• Support the correct development and implementation of HR policies and procedures according to Group HR guidelines and local rules
• Support the senior of the team in HR activities management in one of our Plant (training and on-boarding for blue collars relantionship with staff agencies employee communications)
• Participate in the following processes: training recruiting compensation & benefit labour cost management organizational aspects employee communications
• Work on the Performance Management Process: annual review HR mapping succession tables
• Monitoring on a monthly basis labor costs benefits and personnel-related costs produce analysis on labor costs divided for Countries and different clusters of population

• Degree in Economics with a brilliant academic career and interest for Human Resources topics.
• Analytical skills and proactive problem solving together with flexibility and initiative
• Excellent knowladge of Microsoft Excel and fluency in English

• Strong organization and execution skills passionate about people
