Job Summary
Key responsibilities include:
- Support HR team to roll out Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions initiatives policies and guidelines
- Support area champions in driving Recruitment Human Capital and College Relations initiatives
- Support HR in the recruitment activities to ensure practices systems and policies are in placed & executed in the property
- Support internal HR communications on webinar sessions developing manuals creating presentations and generating reports
- Analyze data and metrics on to propose recommendations and drive project targets
- Research latest HR trends on sourcing methods and technology
- Support annual Human Capital Planning activities and reviews.
- Assist in executing Personal Development Plans across the market.
- Assist in coordinating training programs and Induction

- Display professionalism in verbal/ written communications
- Adapt communication style to collaborate with stakeholders
- Build strong relationship with co-worker customers and management stakeholders

Qualifications :
- Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced and action-biased environment
- Detailed-oriented structured and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
