As the Store Manager you will be:
Responsible for ensuring the Bendigostore operates safely and effectively at all times
Delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales revenue profit targets and increased market share.
Assisting our customers face to face and over the phone keeping them informed of promotional activity and to gain an understanding of their business needs and wants.
You will also perform regular stock takes stock replenishment unpacking and storing or inward goods
Using Pallet jacks walkie stackers and other devices to assist with manual handling
Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentations to the required standards.
Do you have what were looking for
A strong Customer Service background in a store environment- hospitality retail or similar
Demonstrate a high level of competence in managing retail store operations
Sound working knowledge of safety management and improvement
An Ability to multi-task prioritise and work to deadlines
Strong skills in people management and customer engagement
This is a physical role with lifting up to 32kg for our heaviest tin of paint
We are looking for a great communicator and relationship builder who will work alongside a great team providing an exceptional in-store customer experience. Being comfortable with manual handling and working in a trade environment is a must engaging with customers from theconstruction industry and assisting them with their needs.
