Job Summary

Full Time Ongoing Contract
80 hours per fortnight - Inclusive of ADO accrual

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute sub-acute aged care and community services.

The Medical Education Officer role is an integral position within the Medical Workforce team. This role is responsible for planning and coordination the continuing training and education for NHW Doctors in training primarily with prevocational doctors (interns PGY2s /- PGY3s and other non-vocational trainees).

The successful application will have excellent communication administration coordination and planning skills working collaboratively with the Education and Research Team and external partners such as the University of Melbourne to support medical training and education.
