Remote: Available for team members residing outside the Troy MI area Hybrid: Troy-based team members work a hybrid schedule with in-office Wednesdays PURPOSE OF JOB: As a Senior Digital Operations Specialist you will play a critical role in overseeing and advancing the digital appraisal workflow from order inception through final report delivery. This senior-level position is responsible for ensuring optimal performance across key performance indicators (KPIs) delivering superior client service and supporting the adoption and evolution of digital appraisal solutions. Acting as both a subject matter expert and a key liaison between internal teams clients and vendor partners you will contribute to innovation process improvement and operational excellence within our digital operations team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Tasks: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for digital appraisal workflows technologies internal procedures and vendor panels. Proactively manage digital pipelines in alignment with company KPIs including turn time quality scores revenue and customer engagement metrics. Maintain exceptional communication with clients vendors and internal teams through system messaging email and phone ensuring clear and professional correspondence at all times. Monitor and manage multiple task queues shared inboxes and phone lines providing timely follow-up and resolution. Review and validate fee requests to ensure consistency with company standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and implement improvements to service delivery. Mentor and support junior team members fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Lead or support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing digital process efficiencies and client satisfaction. Provide feedback to leadership regarding trends gaps and opportunities for improvement within the digital operations workflow. Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced evolving digital environment. - Regular attendance is a requirement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years of experience working within digital operations including digital workflow management system adoption performance monitoring or technology-enabled process improvement. Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service operations or support role; prior experience in the appraisal or mortgage industry is preferred. Strong understanding of digital and hybrid appraisal products and familiarity with end-to-end appraisal operations. Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset. Self-starter with a proactive approach to work and the ability to operate independently. Team-oriented and highly collaborative with the ability to lead by example. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic business setting. Highly proficient in technology platforms commonly used in digital operations
