Implementation Consultant ERP Norway
Location: Oslo/Moss (Hybrid)

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant who wants to take true ownership of customer journeys and become a long-term partner for our clients.
Your Role
You are the primary contact for our customers helping them transform how they work. You will:
Guide customers from the first workshop to a stable business as usual.
Translate business goals into a system that actually supports daily operations.
Provide honest advice on what is needed to succeedno overselling.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and fellow consultants in a no-blame culture.
What You Will Do
Workshops & Analysis: Lead sessions to understand current processes and perform fit-gap analyses.
Implementation: Configure the ERP solution to be as simple as possible but as advanced as necessary.
Advisory: Suggest leaner workflows and improved data structures.
Go-Live Support: Manage system testing user acceptance and provide hands-on support during the transition.
Project Care: Maintain transparent documentation and risk management.
What You Bring
We value potential and mindset as much as your CV. You likely have:
Experience with ERP implementations or a strong background in finance operations or engineering.
An understanding of manufacturing or construction processes.
A structured approach to complex tasks and a sense of ownership.
Confidence in facilitating workshops and communicating with stakeholders.
Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
