Job Summary
BE BTech MCA MBA in Finance/Operations preferred
10 years of relevant experience including Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud implementation.
Completed at least 5 full project lifecycles of Finance modules implementation.
Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Cloud Financial Modules like GL AP AR FA IBY PA CST ZX and PSA.
Technically good Skills in SQL OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports FBDI ADFDI BPM workflows.
Preferred Qualifications - Implementation experience in Purchasing Projects Portfolio modules working knowledge of SQL.
Should be aware about Fusion SaaS Projects - Full Implementation and Support Cycle
Responsibilities
As a Sr. Support Engineer you will be the technical interface to customers Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. Have an understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms. Also you should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from this position you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.
