Role | IT Operations Engineer |
Key Responsibilities
|
- Support and maintain AWS cloud operations to ensure high system reliability availability and performance.
- Assist in application and infrastructure migration initiatives across cloud environments.
- Work with core AWS services including ECS RDS S3 Lambda IAM and CloudWatch.
- Monitor diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Adhere to ITSM processesIncident Change and Problem Managementusing platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Create and maintain uptodate documentation in Confluence and JIRA.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within an Agile framework to deliver operational excellence.
- Track analyze and report on SLAs and KPIs to evaluate IT service performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage and coordinate with various teams stakeholders and endusers across the organization.
- Perform core IT operations including ticket handling IT service management tasks and outage/incident handling.
- Provide support for software packaging and release activities as needed.
- Manage day-to-day operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure availability during German business hours and offer support aligned with German working days.

Requirement
| - 3 to 10 years of handson experience with AWS Cloud technologies particularly in cloud operations infrastructure management and migration activities.
- Support and maintain AWS cloud operations to ensure high system reliability availability and performance.
- Manage and supportdaytoday IT operations ensuring stable and efficient service delivery across applications and systems.
- Maintain and operate AWS infrastructure using key services such asECS RDS S3 Lambda EC2 CloudWatch and IAM.
- Develop maintain and enhanceInfrastructure as Code (IaC) usingTerraform for automated provisioning configuration and environment consistency.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding Development QA Product and Platformwhile working withinAgile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Monitor analyze and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application issues using AWS monitoring and logging tools ensuring timely rootcause identification and resolution.
- Adhere toOps best practices including version control automation artifact management.
- Work withinITSM frameworks (Incident Change Problem Management) and manage operational workflows usingServiceNow.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation operational procedures and knowledge articles usingConfluence andJIRA.
- Track analyze and report onSLAs and KPIs to measure service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage and coordinate effectively with multiple teams stakeholders and users across the organization.
- Perform essentialIT operations tasks including ticket handling service management activities and outage/incident management.
- Provide support forsoftware packaging and release management as required for deployment processes.
- Stay updated with emerging AWS DevOps and automation technologies and contribute to ongoing improvements in operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate willingness and capability to grow towardsdevelopment including adopting modern programming practices contributing to code improvements and supporting application development efforts.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and users for operational activities.
