- At least 4 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer.
- Extensive experience working with multicultural teams around the world.
- Solid project management skills and a delivery mindset.
- Curiosity creativity and a genuine interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve learning.

You will:
- Develop and manage end-to-end learning programs - from needs analysis to implementation.
- Design innovative learning solutions and frameworks tailored to business goals.
- Collaborate with content experts team members and stakeholders globally.
- Oversee project timelines priorities and deliverables across multiple interfaces.
- Work in a collaborative Scrum structure designing and delivering learning solutions iteratively with global stakeholders.
