Job Summary
This is a remote position.
As a Freelance UI/UX Designer at Procreator you will be at the forefront of design innovation. Your role will involve crafting user-centered designs that are both visually compelling and functionally seamless. You will work closely with our team on short-term projects contributing to the creation of impactful digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Excellence: Develop wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
- Project Collaboration: Work alongside our in-house design team to bring projects to life ensuring that all design solutions align with the clients vision and goals.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies to bring fresh ideas to every project.
- Quick Turnaround: Deliver high-quality design assets within the agreed timelines maintaining flexibility to adapt to project changes.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create engaging digital experiences.
- Proficiency: Strong skills in Figma Adobe XD and other design tools. Familiarity with UX research methodologies and design systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
- Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs that enhance user experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outstanding results under tight deadlines.

Required Skills:
What Were Looking For UX Methodologies: Proficiency in research personas wire-framing and prototyping. Design Expertise: Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs with a strong understanding of UI principles. Design Systems: Proven experience in building and utilizing design systems with advanced skills in Figma. Platform Experience: Extensive experience in designing for both web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on these platforms. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively. Leadership & Mentorship: Willingness to mentor and support junior designers fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design/prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie.
