Synergie is growing and were looking for an experienced recruitment professional whos ready to take the next step into leadership or an established Team Leader who thrives on building business and shaping high-performing teams.

This is a high-impact opportunity within our White-Collar division where youll be trusted to grow your own desk deepen client partnerships and play a key role in expanding our market presence nationally. We partner with both public sector and commercial organisations delivering recruitment solutions to local state and national clients across a broad range of white-collar disciplines.

The Opportunity

As a Team Leader youll:

• Own and grow a profitable white-collar recruitment desk
• Leverage existing networks while actively developing new business with local and national organisations
• Build mentor and lead a team as the division grows and expands client partnerships across public sector and commercial markets
• Strengthen Synergies brand and reputation in the white-collar recruitment market
• Collaborate with a supportive national leadership team

This role suits someone who loves recruitment enjoys the commercial side of the business and is excited about bringing others along the journey.

About You

Were open to:

• Established Team Leaders or
• Senior / Principal Consultants ready to step up into leadership

Youll bring:

• Around 5 years experience in agency recruitment (white collar preferred)
• Proven ability to build and drive new business across public sector and/or commercial clients
• Strong client connectivity and market knowledge at local and national level
• A genuine passion for growing mentoring and building a team
• A results-driven self-disciplined mindset
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
