Monday to Friday 9:30pm -3:30am

THE POSITION

Prepare and serve hot and cold food
Confidence to work alone
Ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
Maintaining a high standard of food hygienesafetyand cleanliness

THE PERSON

Confident to work alone
Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating
Experience in HACCP food safety and infection control
Strong and effective leadership skills
