Job Summary
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and youll work out of our Tempe AZ location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role you will impact the overall production quality and efficiency directly contributing to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform assembly and testing of products according to established procedures and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement in the assembly process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and testing methodologies.
- Experience with various hand tools and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Proficiency in using measurement instruments and tools relevant to assembly and testing processes.
