Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily HMA plant operations to ensure safe efficient and reliable production.
- Coordinate plant activities staffing and workflow to meet quality and output goals.
- Monitor equipment performance and support troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Promote and uphold safety practices environmental compliance and operational standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members drivers and management to maintain smooth operations.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and support a positive safetyfocused culture.
- Strong understanding of HMA plant processes equipment and production flow.
- Capability to identify issues troubleshoot effectively and make sound operational decisions.
- Commitment to quality efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across roles and functions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
