Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Ohio nursing license
Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience (all care settings welcome)
Strong understanding of care standards documentation requirements and safety practices
Valid drivers license with reliable insured transportation
Compassionate professional detail-oriented and able to pass a background check
Comfortable working in a supportive educational non-clinical role

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Educate caregivers on company policies procedures and documentation standards
Provide guidance to ensure adherence to established care plans and service expectations
Monitor identify and communicate non-clinical concerns to appropriate teams
Serve as a key liaison between caregivers families and leadership
Respond to questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
