What Were Looking For:
Active Ohio RN license
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (any setting)
Understanding of care standards documentation and safety practices
Valid drivers license with reliable insured transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable working in a supportive non-clinical and educational role

Educate caregivers on company policies and proper documentation standards
Provide guidance to ensure care plans are followed accurately
Observe monitor and communicate non-clinical concerns
Act as a liaison between caregivers families and leadership
Respond to questions with professionalism clarity and empathy
Support quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance
