Job Summary

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)programs provide comprehensive mobile treatment services for adults with a persistent mental health illness. The program is for individuals who have not found success in traditional outpatient settings and whorequireindividualized treatment services when and whereitsneeded.

What toexpect.

You willwork with clients tofind andmaintainmeaningful employment.Direct support services include engagement assessment job search job development and job support.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conductingassessmentstodeterminewhich job(s) are interestingto a client as well as what skill level theyrequire.
  • Using extensive networking toidentifypotential job leadsand talking to employersabout a clients abilities and desires toworkin their place of business.
  • Providingfollow-along supportsincludingtargetedinterventionsand job coachingto helpmaintainemployment.
  • Supportingclients withbudgeting and money managementas assigned.

Workhours typically follow aMonday Friday schedule.Must have availability for occasional evening and/or weekend will haveindependence and flexibilityto scheduleyour appointments and complete your work under the program directors direct approval and supervision.

This position has a flat rate of $21.37/hr.

What we need from you.

  • A high school diploma or GED bachelors degree preferred.
  • One year of vocational or behavioral health work experience.
  • A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
