Job Summary
What toexpect.
You willwork with clients tofind andmaintainmeaningful employment.Direct support services include engagement assessment job search job development and job support.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conductingassessmentstodeterminewhich job(s) are interestingto a client as well as what skill level theyrequire.
- Using extensive networking toidentifypotential job leadsand talking to employersabout a clients abilities and desires toworkin their place of business.
- Providingfollow-along supportsincludingtargetedinterventionsand job coachingto helpmaintainemployment.
- Supportingclients withbudgeting and money managementas assigned.
Workhours typically follow aMonday Friday schedule.Must have availability for occasional evening and/or weekend will haveindependence and flexibilityto scheduleyour appointments and complete your work under the program directors direct approval and supervision.

This position has a flat rate of $21.37/hr.
What we need from you.
- A high school diploma or GED bachelors degree preferred.
- One year of vocational or behavioral health work experience.
- A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
