As a Locum Ob/Gyn you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of womens health issues collaborating with a skilled team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Perform routine examinations and screenings
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions related to womens health
- Conduct prenatal and postnatal care for expectant mothers
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in on-call duties as required
- Stay current with advancements in obstetrics and gynecology
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Active medical license to practice in the state
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting particularly in Ob/Gyn
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
Schedule: 24-hour in-hour call shifts 7a-7a
Level II NICU
Annual Volume: 250 deliveries
EMR: Meditech
Board certification required
