Intern, IT Service Delivery

Reporting to theService Delivery Senior Manageras an intern you will work closely with the IT Global Service Management team to supportdaytodayService Desk operations help address operational andprocessrelatedissues and contribute to ongoing process development and optimization initiatives. You will playan important rolein the smooth transition to new BMC Helix AI capabilities and in the onboarding of a new Service Desk partner.

Ideally you bring a background in Service Management Analytics and AI enabling you to contribute to reporting automation opportunities andAIdrivenprocess enhancements. You will beadding significant value by improving operational efficiency and supporting thelongtermevolution of the Service Desk.

The Internship Program will begin onMay 11thandend August14th2025.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...

• Contribute to the implementation and validation of AI-driven use cases within BMC Helix.Assistin testing documenting and refining AI workflows to enhance Service Desk automation and user experience.

• Provide operational support to the Service Desk team and help resolvedaytodayprocess or workflow issues.Identifyimprovement opportunities andassistin addressing operational bottlenecks.

• Contribute to Asset Management tasks including CMDB data audits and quality checks.Support updates verification and alignment of configuration items to ensureaccurateand reliable data.

• Assistin buildingmaintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports. Analyze data trends and provide insights to supportdecisionmakingand continuous improvement initiatives.

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...

• In progress forBachelors Degree inComputer Science or BusinessAdministration or a quantitative major

• Strong quantitative analysis experience and high attention to detail; ability to analyze reports diagnose opportunities develop recommendations and drive follow ups

• Knowledge of common ITSM processes tools and best practices would be an asset

• knowledge and experience using BI reporting tools (e.g.PowerBI) Excel programming and ITSM platform like BMC Remedy and data management skills

• As part of their duties the position holder willbe requiredto communicate and collaborate in English and French both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholderslocatedin Québec elsewhere in Canada or across North America

• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
