Synergie Australia is seeking an Operational Services Senior Associatefor atrusted client located in Broadmeadows.
The important parts:
- Pay:$60$65 per hour Super Duration:2-month contract (potential for extension)
- Hours:MondayFriday rotating roster between 8:00am6:00pm
What you will be required to do:
Youll support a busy manufacturing site during a period of operational change. This is a handson collaborative role working closely with operations quality and project teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Supporting daily manufacturing and operational meetings
- Coordinating and closing out issues investigations and routine changes
- Helping drive smaller projects and action items to completion
- Reviewing and updating key documentation
- Supporting risk assessments and continuous improvement activities
- Working crossfunctionally with quality engineering and validation teams
To be successful in the role you will have:
- 5 years experience in manufacturing quality or operational support
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience supporting operational change or improvement activities
- A proactive solutionsfocused mindset
- Tertiary qualification in science or engineering
