About the Role
NetApps Keystone team delivers the industrys leading StorageasaService (STaaS) platform for hybrid and cloud environments. As a Technical Product Manager you will own strategy roadmap and execution for capabilities that help customers size subscribe to deploy and operate modern storage services. You will define endtoend workflows across the Keystone Subscription Engine ensuring predictable SLAs intelligent recommendations operational excellence and a seamless customer experience.
This role requires a combination of technical depth customer empathy datadriven decisionmaking and strong crossfunctional leadership.

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Drive product strategy and roadmap forsubscription-basedstorage and cloud services.
- Identifyand prioritize newfeaturesand functionalityacross service definition packaging automation and lifecycle management.
- Lead the design of seamless customer experiences across onboarding configuration activation and ongoing service management.
- Builddata drivensizing and recommendation capabilities using usage insights and operational metrics.
- Collaborate closely with engineering sales marketing customer success and field teams to deliver impactful features and successful launches.
- Analyzemarket trends competitive offerings and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Define KPIsand use telemetry and customerbehaviordata to drivecontinuous product and service improvement.
Technical Responsibilities
Sizing Recommendations & InstallBase Insights
- Develop sizing engines that use installbase signals to recommend expansions new service opportunities or optimizations.
- Build SLAdriven sizing support including identifying SLA deviations and sustainabilityrelated SLA metrics.
- Create hardwaretoservice mapping logic to ensure accurate deployment compatibility and upgradability.
Subscription & Provisioning Lifecycle
- Define and streamline subscription creation workflows including service selection capacity planning SLA configuration and contract metadata.
- Develop sizing tools for hardware planning.
- Oversee user creation & onboarding flows within the NetApp Console.
- Define and manage workflows for delivery installation cabling readiness provisioning service activation and operational management.
- Drive clarity and automation across the full subscriptionlifecycle.
Service Definition & Operational Excellence
- Author andevolve service descriptions including capabilities constraints KPIs SLAs and eligibility criteria.
- Drive telemetrybased insights to power recommendations usage analytics SLA monitoring and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with engineering and operations to ensure hardware availability deployment readiness and service reliability.
Subscription FinancialSelling
- Create GTMcontent to enable sellers position subscription services
- Represent the product team in customer conversations
CrossFunctional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering UX sales customer success and field teams to deliver impactful launches and customer outcomes.
- Use market insights competitive research and customer feedback to inform decisions.
DataDriven Product Management
- Define KPIs and use behavioral telemetry and operational metrics to drive product improvements.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 183600 - 272800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location qualifications experience and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on On Target Earnings (OTE) representing the total potential earnings which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards reflecting a variety of factors and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance Life Insurance Retirement or Pension Plans Paid Time Off various Leave options employee stock purchase plan and/or restricted stocks (RSUs). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws regulations and company policies.
