Corporate Associate / Senior Associate

Location: London (City)

Salary: 110000 to 160000 bonus (dependent on experience)

Experience: 4 years PQE

This is a strong opportunity for a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join a busy London corporate team with access to a genuinely broad mix of work.

Youll advise on a wide range of corporate transactions with exposure to private equity M&A venture capital capital markets and corporate structuring. If youre looking for high-quality deal flow a collaborative team and the chance to build your profile through client development and mentoring this role offers a great platform.

The Opportunity

Advise on a varied corporate caseload including private equity M&A venture capital capital markets minority investments and corporate structuring
Work closely with senior colleagues in London while collaborating with the wider national corporate team
Take responsibility for running matters with appropriate supervision managing timelines and stakeholders
Provide clear commercial advice and support clients through complex transactions
Mentor and support junior team members
Get involved in business development and strengthening client relationships

What Were Looking For

Essential

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
4 years PQE gained in corporate at a national or international law firm (or equivalent experience)
Broad corporate transactions experience with strong technical ability
Confident drafting and negotiating corporate documents and advising on risk
Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic solutions-focused approach
Personable bright and confident with excellent communication skills
Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative culture

Desirable

Experience across private equity and/or venture capital transactions
Interest in business development and cross-selling with the confidence to build relationships
