This role supports Human Capital (HC) initiatives by designing migrating andmaintainingHC digital portals onMicrosoft SharePoint Online. The role focuses onsite publishing content structure governance and user adoption ensuring HC content is accessible intuitive and aligned with branding and user experience best practices.You will work closely with HC stakeholders tobuild andmaintainSharePointsites andcreate clear usage guides to drive adoption and consistent use.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Human Capital team members todesign migrate and publish HC portalstoSharePoint Online.

  • Design and implementSharePoint site architecture including document libraries pages lists and navigation.

  • Set up and manageSharePoint repository structures includingpermissions access controls and security settings.

  • Customize SharePoint sites and templates to align withbranding guidelines and HC communication standards.

  • Configure andmaintainSharePoint components such asweb parts workflows and basic automation(e.g. using Power Automate).

  • Convert and standardize content intoMicrosoft 365 formats(Word PowerPoint Excel) as.

  • Createuser guides governance standards and usage guidelinesto ensure consistent and compliant use of SharePoint sites.

  • Supportsite adoption and engagement including improving usability navigation and content presentation.

  • Document site designs decisions and changes clearly for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

Education & Background

  • Degree /Diploma or equivalent experience inInformation Systems Web Design Communications Digital Media or related fields.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft 365 especiallySharePoint OnlineWord andPowerPoint.

  • Hands-on experience inSharePoint site creation customization and publishing.

  • ProficiencyinHTML CSS and JavaScriptfor basic web and SharePoint customizations.

  • Familiarity withPower Automateand SharePoint workflows.

  • Experience withdocument management permissions and governancein SharePoint.

  • Understanding ofUI/UX principlesand best practices for intuitive and visually appealing digital sites.

  • Experience incontent migrationand platform transition projects is highly preferred.

Communication & Personal Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produceclear well-structured written content and guides.

  • Effective presentation and communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability towork independently and collaboratively.

  • Organized reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a structured environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience withSharePoint Designeror similar tools.

  • Background inweb or digital designwithin corporate or HR environments.
